| Now for the Nitty-Gritty Fine Print.... |

| We will be using the index card entry system. Each entry will need a card each time it is shown. Please place the horses's name, breed assignment and gender on one side and the owner's name and email addy or phone number on the other. |
| EVERY entry must be accompanied by a 3 x 5 index card and a QUARTER. ~~ A Quarter Per Horse Per Class ~~ No Paper Money or Small Change List the Horse's Name, Gender and Breed on one side List the Owner's Name and phone number on the other side. ALL CARDS including Non-Winners will be retained in EVERY class. Please have your quarters and class cards ready prior to the show. Classes will not be held while Entrants prepare cards. Be sure to bring a sufficient quantity of quarters for your show string. No change will be available at the show. Horses cannot be placed on the table without a card and coin. An Exhibitor's Number for this show only will be assigned at Check-In. It is solely intendly to keep track of Championship call backs. DO NOT use emcat numbers. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW HALL We will break for 1/2 hour as close to Noon as possible. "Brown Bag" or visit the nearby Braum's or McDonald's. |
| SECURITY: Security is the responsibility of each Exhibitor. Jacki Cee, Inc., Oklahoma Model Horse Show Association, Model Horses and Collectibles, and/or Jacklyn Catena will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind. YOU are responsible for any damages caused by yourself, family and/or guests. Please! DO NOT PICK UP any model without permission. Absolutely, no pets allowed in the building. Children MUST remain at their parent's/guardian's table and be accompanied by a parent/guardian AT ALL TIMES! APPROVAL: Tornado Alley 2 'Bit' Show is both OKMHSA and NAMHSA approved. All OKMHSA and NAMHSA rules will be apply and will be enforced. All classes are Open and not limited to skill, age or years of competition. First and Second Place OKieMo Cards and NAN Cards be awarded in OKMHSA and NAMHSA classes. Champion and Grand Championship classes are not awarded points or cards. CLASS LIMITS: There is NO LIMIT to the number of entries per exhibitor per class. One halter class per horse. Classes MAY be split at the Judge's discretion. Absolutely, no classes will be combined. There will be a 5 minute time limit between halter classes and 10 minute limit between performance classes. SPORTMANSHIP: Judge's decision is final! Bad sportmanship and/or unruly conduct will not be tolerated. ORIGINAL FINISH: An original finish model is one which has not been altered in any way after leaving the factory, except for minor repairs. This includes plastic, china and commercially produced resins. Custom: Custom is defined as any model that has been painted, sculpted, melted, reshaped or otherwise remade. ARTIST'S RESIN: Artisit's resin is defined as any resin painted by the sculpting artist or offered unpainted, or any original sculpture from which resins have been made. PARADE CLASSES: Silver Parade entries not eligible for Other Parade and vice-versa. JUDGING CRITERIA: No classes other than Lakeshore Collectibility will be judged on the basis of collectibility. No set ups are allowed in halter classes. Halters are not to be used except when molded on model. |
